    Hi,

I am trying to raise and lower several blinds together using my wiser. I have this function working fine as a scene on my CTC2 but am unable to get it working on the wiser. I currently have the blinds set up individually but want to get the group (scene) function working. Each of the blinds is controlled by a L5501 RPBC Shutter -Blind relay. The wiser is used as my CNI and is setup in LAN Mode hard wired to my home network. I use an IPhone or Ipad to access the wiser.

    Thanks for your assistance,

    Gav

    Hello Gav,

Please advise how you currently work this off your touchscreen.. In principal it should be the same from wiser.. Ie just triggering the various scenes from a widget..

    Cheers..

    Hi Rooster,

I have a Scene Group called "Lounge Blinds" containing the 5 blinds in question. Under the "Button Component Properties" function \ Cbus on the "open button" I have the Scene Level set to 99% and on the "close button" I have the Scene Level set to 1%.

    Regards,

    Gav...

    Hi Gav..

Couple of ways to do it With your current setup u will need to have 2 scenes.. one for up (where all the components in the scene are set to99%) and one for down (where all the components are set to 1%).. then you will need to assign one trigger group and different action selectors to each scene.. create 2 widgets to control your blind groups.. Make them preset widgets activating the scene trigger group and action selectors specific to your install..

Hyperthetically, 1 widget (all blinds up) will be preset of GA 'Blind Control' and action selector of 100%.. The other widget (all blinds down) will be preset of GA 'Blind Control' and action selector of 1%..

Alternatively, you could re-jig all your scenes and look at using the shutter widget and that could give you up down and stop control of all your blinds.. ;-)

    Cheers..

Cool cool.. Happy to assist further if you need it..

Somethings to keep in mind with shutter control..

Group address going to 0% is down/close..
Group address going to 2% is stop..
Group address going to 100% is full up/close..
Group address going to any where between 3-97% is a set level.. Ie sending group address to 52% should send the blind to roughly halfway.. Sending group address to 26% should send the blind to roughly 3 quarters closed.. etc..

Also you would want to make sure 'level translation mode' is ticked in the global tab of the toolkit gui..

    Cheers..
