Ok, I cant control lights via wiser I can scan the CNI etc and open the LAN GUI but I have a no C-Bus symbol in the top right hand corner of the screen.

When I scan the CNI using IP utility the serial number comes up as "No Serial #" and the PCI firmware shows 0.0.00 instead of 5.4.00

How do I change the CNI PCI firmware version to 5.4.00?

Sounds like the C-Bus side of the CNI is not responding... I assume it is connected to the C-Bus network? Are the LEDs on the CNI on? If so, what colours are they?

It sounds like you may have a faulty CNI.

    It is not possible.

When you scan the network from ToolKit (using a different PCI or CNI), does the Wiser CNI show up with a serial number?

Hi Darren, when I scan the network with another interface the CNI shows up but it does not have a serial number?

Hi Nick, the CNI is connected to C-Bus, the CNI LED's are on but the C-Bus LED if flashing red and green rapidly?

Sorry to be a grammar Nazi, but is this a statement or a question?

If it has no serial number when scanned from ToolKit, the unit is most probably faulty.
