Wiser control lagging or not functioning at all

One of my client's Wiser installs started to develop an issue where control would be intermittent. Initially we tried switching from the Wiser CNI to a 5500PC which seemed to work for a short time but that then also had the same problem. We then replaced the complete Wiser package but the problem persisted.

Browsing to the Wiser interface from iPhone/iPad or a Browser works fine but when we try to turn a lighting circuit on/off it either doesn't work at all or takes between 30 to 60 seconds to operate. If we control the lighting circuit from a cbus switch the circuit changes state immediately as does the status on the Wiser interface.

The Wiser/CBus connection icon on the web interface is not showing any connection errors. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

 

Does the project contain any logic? There is a possibility something may be consuming all the available resources. Other than that, I'm not sure. You may want to post the project archive and I'll try to give it a quick look.

 

Ah good idea.
Looking at the logic there are some parts that could be written better. I'll make some changes and see how it goes.
