Wiser failure

    Hello!

    When I tried to download the project to a new blank Wiser, transfer utility first started firmware update. Piced v4.10.1 is used. After all transfers were complete the message "Wait 90 seconds to restart" appeared. After that Wiser's "Diag" LED is always on. Power reconnect and reset button didn't help. Piced cannot connect to wiser. I think the firmware update failed. How to bring the Wiser back to life?

    Are you able to connect to the Wiser's web server, eg: 192.168.2.1/index_i.htm using a browser? If not, and the diag led is always on, then yes, it means the unit experienced a catastrophic failure during the upgrade. There is no software based recovery method and the unit would need to be returned to the factory for recovery.
