Wiser for Android

Hi guys.

I'm having endless problems with the Wiser on the Andriod operating system.

It works intermittently...Connecting, then not connecting..

We are using it internally on WIFI..

It's on all our installions...Apple works fine, no issues, but android keeps on loosing connectivity...

I have the latest version of the app..

Please advise how we can rectify this...

It seems to be a common problem.

I didn't notice your post previously.

My 2 cents are as follows:

Firstly, you offer very little information to work with.
Secondly, as far as I am concerned, I find the opposite. I have a lot more joy out of android or even the web interface on a PC. That besides the extra functionality which I get out of android.

A few things to consider are:

How many devices are you trying to connect to the wiser at the same time? You are aware of the fact that there is a limit.

What android devices are you using, and what version of the OS are you running on them?

At the time when you cannot connect with an android device, can you connect with an additional i-device, or via the web interface?

This may be a silly point, but are you sure you are properly connected to the wifi when you try and connect to wiser?
