Any ideas when Wiser HD will be getting an update to fix the WAN issue?

I assume you mean the failure to reconnect when the WAN entry is a DNS name as opposed to IP. I'm hoping the fix will be soon. I believe it should be soon.

Another issue i have found is while connected to a remote site via 3G to the external IP address, the status of Lighting GAs are not changing when the groups are turned on/off.

 

I hadn't seen that one before. Just to double check, the iPad was still connected via 3G to your Wiser right? Was it initially connected and status was working and then stopped working or did it not work right from the moment it got connected?

 

Just downloaded Wiser HD. Pretty underwhelmed.

Does anyone else find that climate control crashes the app? happens constantly, as soon as I select my climate tab.

Also, the dimmer now means you have to hold the button down and wait for it to adjust rather than just move a slider like the old version. Not sure why they bothered releasing it!

Finally, it doesn't even look like IP Cameras are supported - mine doesn't even show up in HD.

WiserHD relogon crash

Is anybody experiencing a unable to connect failure after you open the wiser app close it and open again? after about 30mins it reconnects fine. This happens on the latest 1.1 app

HD wiser app stops working but normal app stills works

My HD wiser app just stops working, when i turn on the app it cannot connect but the normal app still works, when i do a power cycle on the clipsal wiser the HD wiser app starts working again for about a week and then it stops working again until i do a power cycle again. can anybody shed some light on this problem?

 

In the scenario where the Wiser HD app has stopped working, does the Adobe Flash UI still work? ie: are you still able to connect to the Wiser using a web browser? Also, is this in a LAN (home network) scenario or in a WAN (accessing Wiser remotely) scenario? You may want to also verify that you have the latest Wiser firmware as there was a fix some time back for ephemeral connections (mobile user interfaces) which sounds similar to what you're seeing. I believe the latest firmware is 1.29.0.

The problem is on LAN and no I could not connect using the Flash UI. I have just installed the new wiser firmware. What I don't understand is the normal wiser app on my iPhone still works when the HD app and the Flash UI does not. I have it all up and running now but time will tell because normally after a power cycle or reloading the file it works for a couple of weeks and then stops. Hopefully the firmware update does the trick.

Just an aside which might be a potential cause, are you forwarding any external traffic (WAN port) 80 or 8080 to the LAN port 80 or 8080?
