Wiser homesafe security Wiget

Are the zone indications on this homesafe wiget supossed to replicate the zone indications on the panel ?
The wiget works ok for arm and disarm alarm etc just the zone indications stay green.

When the alarm goes off the zone that triggered the alarm goes red. but then stays red. even after an arm and disarm cycle and the zone sealing again. how do you reset ??

The zone wigets dont seem to work when the alarm is off. Would be handy to know what zones are not sealed before arming. If you arm and zones are not sealed they are isolated.

The Wiser UI widget shouldn't behave that way. We'll try to reproduce this here.

I'm told that by default the panel only reports the state of zones when it is armed or in monitor mode, and that it is a configuration option in homesafe to get it to report the zone states even when the system is not armed/monitoring.

 

Can you tell me what the configuration option is ? I can not find it.

I would like to know how you get the ZONES to work on the WISER WIGET.

the Sealed and Unsealed messages only come on when Armed or Monitor mode. (could you tell me when monitor mode is useful ??)

At present the Zone lights on the Wiget dont reset They just stay RED.

I noticed things like the Mains Fail are broadcast on the security application if the Alarm is Armed or Disarmed. I wish zone inputs behaved like this to.

I have notices also that these dont reset on the WIGET when the event resets. I did a test with mains Fail. You see the message on the security application and the icon turns RED. You restore the power there is a message on the security application but icon stays RED.

Any ideas on how to fix or to enable zone messages when alarm disarmed ?

I looked through this and think Wiser had a bug, #18958 that might be related. Wiser did not correctly generate a tamper event message when tamper was activated. Instead, it only raised the alarm. It also did not raise a message to the UI when the tamper was subsequently disabled. Further, there was also a bug where the Security widgets did not clear their status after a panel was disarmed resulting in the widget continuing to report an event even after that had been reset. These have been rectified and will be coming out with the next firmware release.

I'll ask about how to configure the disarmed/non-monitor mode reporting of zone states.

having the ZONEs wigit without this seems silly.

If not possible is it possible to get NESS to add this feature for you ?


I talked to NESS and they said use an M1 as this can do this and more.

Any chance of a security wigit for an M1 ?

My issue is I cannot get a sealed event on the cbus network when the alarm is disarmed

I did this can could not see a difference.

Can I get the state of a zone to be mirrored to a group address with alarm disarmed or armed ?
