    Hi All,

Is anyone aware of the facility to select more than 1 site to control in the wiser apple app (i.e home or work)?. Or if this is something that has been considered for a future Piced release?
The only option i can currently see it to have the Clipsal c bus app for home and a third party for work which is a bit of a long way around.

    Thanks in advance Guys.......

..... O dare I ask about the iPad Version expected releases date?

    Hi,

I would also like this feature as I've retrofitted C-Bus at our holiday home and am now building a new home that will also have C-Bus. I haven't thought about being able to control both sites via the iPhone app until now. Currently the only way to do it is to change the settings on your iPhone each time you want to change sites. Very cumbersome and so out of date.

If you had the same LAN IP address and password at both sites your iDevice would connect OK when on site without changes but you would still need to change the WAN IP address whenever you wanted to connect to either site remotely.

As a side note, I was at the Clipsal Powerhouse in Melbourne a couple of weeks ago and the guy that showed us through insisted there was a native Wiser iPad app available. Thinking I'd missed its release I went home and immediately went looking for it in the app store. No Luck! This is one area where Clipsal are lacking. The user interface is what will sell the system to the customer and a scaled up iPhone app on an iPad looks ridiculously cheap and nasty. It certainly doesn't reflect well on the overall cost of the system.

    Cheers
    Pat.

As an Integrator, I'd love the feature of being able to save multiple sites settings while i'm going through the programming phase.

And regarding the iPad app, all that Clipsal can tell us is "it's in development"

After pouring over threads and posts on this topic I am still left largely bewildered and unsure...

Please forgive my ignorance, but does anyone know for certain whether there is "officially" an iPad App actually in development?

If so, does anyone know for certain when we could expect to see such a beast?

Are we talking weeks, months or years?

I wouldn't think Clipsal would be lying to their customers about one being in development. As for an ETA, Clipsal are not able to release that information.

Can you please tell me where this announcement was made? Is it in a forum post or something?

I'm not sure we will get any answer any time soon, Maybe it's not going to happern (Ipad) but it would be nice to know either way:(

The lack of multi site option on iphone is pain when I have C-bus at home, work and then customer projects... any body have any other ideas?
