    Hai.
One of our clients complained about an issue he have regarding his iphone application for wiser. Even when the lights are on, in the application it is shown off, once he switch off the light and then on then it will be ok.
Once he closes the app then open again, again he have the same problem.
What might be the reason behind this?
The project have 2 networks with lighting application

Could you describe the C-Bus setup in greater detail? Are there 2 C-Bus networks here and is there a bridge between the 2? Is the group address for the light on the local network or remote network?

There are 2 networks in the project and there is a network bridge of course.
This issue we face in both local and remote network, mostly in remote network.

That sounds fine. It should work. Is this issue observed when using a C-Bus input, eg: neo switch or dlt? It would be helpful if you used the C-Bus Diagnostic Utility, http://www2.clipsal.com/cis/technical/downloads/commissioning_tools , to capture the C-Bus traffic , that way we can try to identify what is happening in this particular setup. Could you also upload your PICED project?
