    Hi Guys,

Have a question reqarding Wiser and Media Center Plugin ver 1.3.4 (x86).

I have 4 camera's that I have working on C-Touch & Wiser (when running from ie on pc)
When I go into the media center plugin the camra's do not show. Only brings up a Vista ish circle in bottom right hand corner.

    Any ideas on this ?

    Cheers.

    hi constantcharge...

    that's sound weird.
will you provide me with you screen capture and also your configuration details?...
it will also be handy if i can get a copy of your project.xml file, which normally located at 'c:\program files\wiser\project.xml'.

    hi constantcharge...

    the config (project.xml) looks fine.
but, seems like the MCE's plugin continuously waiting for the webcam's response.
perhaps, your webcam only able to serve 1 client at once.
ie: since your flash UI running, MCE cannot access your webcam anymore.
if that is not the case, then perhaps you can try put a longer refrestrate, ie: 5000 miliseconds.

    Hi Joeel1,

When I was testing this I only had the media center pc trying to connect to the camera. I opened the Wiser UI using IE on the media center pc after closing WMC so only one piece of software was connecting at the same time.

I am able to connect via ie on both my laptop and media center at the same time.

I did a quick ctouch project with the same settings working fine as well.
I canged the update time to 10sec, still no go.

Only when inside media center does it not show...

    hi constantcharge...

what do you mean by "I am able to connect via ie on both my laptop and media center at the same time."?...

btw, you may want to try uninstall you plugin.
and then, download and install the latest one, version 1.3.5.

What I mean by that is that I can have my laptop and media center using internet explorer (not VISTA MCE PLUGIN) connect to the Wiser UI and go to the camera's and look at it simultaneously fine.

Seems to me something different when running the Plugin.

Latest version on Cbus downloads page is 1.3.4.

    hi constantcharge...

at the moment, i can only suggest you to do another clean install on your machine, by:
    i. uninstall your plugin.
    ii. delete folder 'c:\program files\wiser'
    iii. reinstall plugin.
