    Scenario:
3 plasmas installed on wall, all the same brand and model. Three different applications created in toolkit, 1 new group created in each application, this is where the codes are applied to a level.
In Wiser using the media transport widget, icons are created to send the power, volume etc codes.
    Problem:
When plasma 1 code is sent to turn on, all three turn on. I understand that this is because they all use the same ON CODE, but I thought only the first nirt plate would fir the signal, not all three.

All nirt plates have all the mapping for all plasma's, is this where the problem lies: nirt plate 1 for plasma 1 should only have the codes for 1, and nirt plate 2 for plasma 2 should only have the codes for 2 (even though they are the same)
    Welcome all advice
    Regards
    Brad :)

    Hi Brad

Before going too far, make sure there is no bleeding across from one emitter to another screen. Unplug two of the emitters and make sure only the screen it is connected to reacts.

    Done, definitely no bleeding.
When I use Circa and drag a learnt code across and attach it to a level which is actually a percentage %. The same level or % is created (because I created the levels Automatically) for each plasma. For example:
    Application created for Plasma 1
    Group created for Plasma 1
Level 2% has the code for power ON

    Application created for Plasma 2
    Group created for Plasma 2
Level 2% has the code for power ON

Should I have different levels or %'s for the different plasmas regardless that they have different applications and groups. for example:
    Application created for Plasma 1
    Group created for Plasma 1
Level 2% has the code for power ON

    Application created for Plasma 2
    Group created for Plasma 2
Level 3% has the code for power ON

Should I actually have a different % for the same code but on different Nirt plates?
    All ideas welcomed.
    Regards
    Brad

Your issue seems to be that you have all the IR codes for all the plasmas stored in all the IR Plates. When you send the command to turn on Plasma 1, all 3 NIRT units will see the command and transmit the IR code for Plasma On. Because the 3 plasmas are the same, they all come on. At the moment, the units have no way of differentiating between codes for the 3 plasmas.

Creating 3 separate applications is a bit of overkill. It would be easier to manage if you just used a single Application and created 3 separate Group Addresses, one for each plasma.

Once you've done this, create 3 separate NIRT projects in CIRCA, one for each plasma. Put all the IR codes for the first plasma on the first group. Save and download this project to the first NIRT. Do the same for the other two NIRTs, using a second and third Group Address.

your post makes absolute sense. I will try this out on Monday and post the results. Funny how another set of eyes makes the difference.
